EVA Heavy Layer Sheet - mass that forms to the car.
A thermoformable, high-density EVA barrier built for automotive noise insulation. It adds limp mass where road, engine and exhaust noise enters - and heat-forms to floors, firewalls and arches that flat barriers can't follow.

Like all heavy-layer barriers, the EVA sheet works by mass law - a dense, limp layer that reflects and absorbs airborne sound. What sets it apart is the EVA carrier: heat it and it becomes pliable, so it can be vacuum- or press-formed to the exact shape of a floor pan, transmission tunnel or wheel arch and then holds that shape as it cools.
That makes it a natural fit for OEM and aftermarket automotive parts - dash insulators, floor insulators, parcel trays and arch liners - where a flat sheet would gap and leak noise.
